The following pricing has been provided by Rapid Repairs Inc.

Rapid Repairs Inc. is a trusted group of contractors and ‘handymen’ working within the Waterloo Region. They are one of many groups used by Sage Living to help support the needs of our Suite Owners and Residents.

Sage Living does not employ or staff any trades people or ‘handymen.’ All repair requests are dispatched to one of several contractors local to the Waterloo Region. Rapid Repairs has been commonly used and trusted to provide assistance for a majority of items.

Pricing below will be used to create invoices for Suite Owners when completing work requests.

All pricing is subject to deviation should complications occur and the cost of materials, cost of delivery or other such similar costs beyond the contractor’s control be adjusted due to scarcity, discontinuation of the product/material or similar. Rapid Repairs has assured Sage Living that while variation of material pricing may occur, price variation on labour per hour is not anticipated at this time.
