Accidents happen and sometimes Tenants will forget their keys inside their suite, lose their keys and just generally lock themselves out of their suite.
Normally, there are three possible scenarios
Scenario 1
Lost Keys During Business Hours
If you have list your key during regular business hours (Monday - Friday from 11am to 4pm), and you are not able to recover the missing or lost key: you may come to the Sage Living Office and request a new key for a fee. Your wait time can vary and key cost will depend on the type of key required. Individual key pricing may vary between $15 - $100 depending on the type of key.
Scenario 2
Locked Out During Business Hours
If you have been locked out of your suite during regular business hours (Monday - Friday from 11am to 4pm), and the key is inside your suite or room: you may come to the Sage Living office or call and request someone unlock the door on your behalf. Someone will be able to visit the suite to assist within the same business day, but this may take between 1-4 hours to complete. Time may vary depending on the number of requests and available staff.
Scenario 3
Lost Keys or Locked Out After Business Hours
If you have lost your key or been locked out after hours: you may call the regular business phone number and leave a voicemail for our after hours contractors. A member of their staff will reply to your voicemail, call you back and coordinate a time to unlock your door that night. The cost to unlock a door after hours is established by the contractor and will average $40 cash for the service. Payment must be paid directly to the on-call contractor upon their arrival. Sage Living does not receive or negotiate these funds.
